Fears: Losing Yumi to war or suicide. Personality: Chiyo is frightened, timid, gentle and quiet. She's also caring and hates to see a person hurt. She refuses to kill and is more willing to let herself die if surviving means she has to kill someone else. She's never killed in her entire life though she's been in military service for a good majority of it. History: Chiyo grew up a very timid and frightened child and she had to undergo years of therapy which only seemed to make her worse. Her parents didn't know what to do with her so when she was older they tried sending her to boot camp to toughen her up at the suggestion of her therapist. She went from boot camp to the Galaxian Army with no changes in her temperment but she fought to make her parents believe she was braver than she truly was. In reality she was so frightened she almost wet herself. Despite her fear she proved to be a powerful senshi, her starseed's purity giving her much strength. During the Lunar-Galaxy war she was sent to a peaceful base, much to her relief, for cowardly actions and there she met Yumi Matsuo. At the time the only one more feared than Yumi was the General of the whole army, Sailor Galaxy. She ended up sleeping on a bunk beneath her and they became friends. Unfortunately for Chiyo it was an abusive friendship. When the war was over they seperated as Chiyo returned home to her parents. When she heard of the rebellion she knew that Yumi would join one side or the other. When she checked with the army and found that she hadn't rejoined with the Galaxians she knew she had to be with the Rebels and at great risk to her safety approached them. She offered to fight for them as long as she could fight by Yumi's side in every battle and they took her up on the offer. Power Element: Fear Henshin: Chiyo clutches her bear to her chest tightly and it's eyes as well as her own glow red then green. The green light bursts from the bear's eyes and forms a circle around her. The green ring of light spreads up and down her at the same time until she's standing in the middle of a cylinder of green light. It flashes and disappears leaving her in her fuku, still clutching her bear tightly. Senshi Fuku: Her tiara is golden with a light green jewel, light green choker and earrings. Her skirt and collar are dark green with light green bows. White gloves with dark green bands. Dark green, knee-high boots. Attacks: Chiyo clutches her bear tightly and it's eyes as well as her own glow red. She stares into her victim's eyes and they grow still as their eyes glow red as well.
