Dreams: Perfecting her telekenetic abilities before death. Fears: Her sister's emminent death. Personality: Retatsu has a very gentle, caring nature. She has love for everyone she meets until they prove they don't deserve it. She has never seen anyone die and will not enter a battlefield. She will never consent to fighting unless it's to protect her sister's life. Her little sister is the most precious treasure she possesses and she has been known to have brought her back from the brink of death during the take over of the main planet of the Empire. She's calm and intelligent, keeping her mind steady and balenced, her emotions under control. She would seem aloof from afar. History: Reatatsu was born into a family of nobility. They lived right inside the palace next to the royal family. She was born with telekenetic abilities and was rather gifted even as an infant. She was sent to an academy for the mentally gifted when she was five and stayed there until she was eighteen. Not long after she returned her parents gave her a baby sister. Retatsu had never really shared her life with many people before and she treasured her little sister more than anyone in the world. When Megumi got older and joined the army Retatsu tried to return to the academy but was rejected because she had far surpassed anything they could teach her. It became impossible to find a new teacher so she had to teach herself at home. When Megumi was discharged for killing her own squadron, an action she claims not to remember, she mounted an assault on the princess. The Emperor suspected her parents were involved so the entire family was sentenced to execution as a precaution. They were put into seperate cells and their parents were executed first. Retatsu's cell was unfortunately gaurded by the only person who could counter her telekenetic abilities, Sailor Rebirth. When their time came Retatsu managed to save them with her abilities and escaped. Megumi returned to the palace years later with a pile of documents she claimed were proof that her family were the real heirs of the throne but the Emperor refused to look at them and ordered his gaurds to arrest her. Retatsu saved her once again. Afterwards she gathered an army and launched a rebellion against the Emporer. Retatsu had no real opinion on this perfect plan of Megumi's but stayed at her sister's side nonetheless as a bodygaurd of sorts. Power Element: Mind Henshin: Never Seen. Senshi Fuku: The Dark Witch wears a plain black dress, poofed out at the bottom with white poofy, fringy stuff, no sleeves. Her gloves go past her elbows and are white with red bands. She wears black and red striped pantyhose, big black boots with huge silver buckles and her collar is red. It sticks up Dracular-like, not a sailor fuku collar. She has a black witch's hat with the tip turned down and golden bracelets on each wrist and a choker exactly like them. They're triangular-like with one red jewel on each of them. She also has a tattoo on her forehead. See picture. Attacks: Retatsu doesn't have a special attack. She simply uses her telekenetic abilities to fight. Weapons: Staff: Shoulder-high silver staff with a silver crescent moon top.
