First-person shooter fans have something new to look forward to. Planetside is fresh, inventive and easily one of the best games of the year. Everquest fans may even consider investing in a subscription for this futuristic FPS. There is no need to be concerned with typical online issues such as team-killing, because this has been solved with Grief Points which accumulate and eventually ban the violator. Worried about cheaters? So far there has been no reported cheating activity, and Sony has insured that cheating will never go unpunished. Still wondering about that online fee? Planetside is worth the $13; I cannot stress that enough.
If you purchase Planetside, you will get a lot of bang for your buck. With patches and updates constantly coming from Sony, Planetside may never grow old. After all, Sony Online�s other big game, Everquest, is a fairly old game and new updates and expansion packs are still being devised. Who knows what the future will have in store for Planetside, but I know that I will always be looking forward to whatever comes next.
