Does woman really need to add a cell phone to her amatory arsenal? As if she cant already give us hell, she now can spurn us and get personal with people on the mobiles other end. She keeps the thing cemented to her ear till it becomes her auditory friend. Though dial tones may be all that she can hear, can charm or fetish serve a better turn idolatrizing contact with the world? Such access makes the disconnected yearn for less self-centered women to be curled beside them on the bed with nuptial band instead of sterile cellular in hand. FALL 2008 |
