| Here is my finca in Santa Monica. It has 6 double-bedrooms, massive gardens and agricultural land, a full-size swimming pool, a massive hot-tub, maids quarters, outhouses, garages and squash and tennis courts. It is in a sunny location in the Santa Monica hills and only a short drive from the beach. This finca is my main home, beatifully built and decorated for me and mine to enjoy.
My magnificent finca offers luxury accommodation and is very upmarket. It is built on a hillside from which the Pacific Ocean can be seen. Beautifully landscaped grounds with palm trees frame the finca's Mediterranean architecture. The views sweep across the hillside from the ocean toward the mountains in the distance. The gorgeous freeform swimming pool includes delightful streams and fountains. This setting provides excellent privacy and is quiet. I have this finca because my quality of life is important to me.
Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom (3 of them with with jacuzzi). The finca includes split-level living/dining area, opening onto a terrace, and a fully equipped ´centre floor-space´ kitchen. It has a covered dining terrace with barbecue. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable with wall mounted TV, DVD/VCR, CD player, dishwasher, washer, dryer and other appliances.
I live in California because of the perennial sunshine and great quality of life.
