| Lestat seems to have filled the castle with guests; Marius who has been there alone now has Ark and Skylar with him for now. Skylar was brought back from France by Louis after she was let go by Damien Deaveroux. Skylar doesn�t see to be taking her change of circumstances very well her anger at everyone tends to cloud her perception of the world around her. Mike has moved into the castle also to keep her company and help her through this trying time. There seems to be tension between Ark and Skylar, each has their own problems and both are trying to solve them in their own ways. Skylar had better watch out the new people she is meeting could be dangerous for her. She encountered a Van Helsing on one of her nights out. Ryan Hanniabal could be a very dangerous friend. Ark problem seems to run much deeper than we first thought, Marius decided it would be better if Maharet helped her though the changes in her and help her find what exactly caused the strange dual writing in her journals. The Sumner's seem to be magnets for problems; Willow had strange wounds on his neck and arms. Ellane was so worried and thought he was harming himself. She brought in an acquaintance Rudah Culan to see if she could help Willow since the doctors didn�t know what was happening to him. Miss Culan informed them it was a vampire causing the strange wounds on Willow. Lanie sent Brandon and Duncan away to protect them until Beau could find out what was going on. She was caught on tape sneaking into the Sumner estate, Lanie brought in a friend, Wilhelmina Murray to see if she could make the estate safer. While Beau Lestat and Kehleb staked the estate out to catch the vampire and see why she was going after Willow. Lestat found out about the strange vampire cult from New Orleans and the vampire that was attacking Willow. Lanie moved from the estate to force Willow to grow up and deal with his problems, she had been planning this for awhile, but Lestat visit made her see it would be better sooner than later. The vampire Sanura seem to have no control and keeps coming to Willow. Lanie found him on the beach with her; she had gone to tell him since Lestat had promised her that it would be safe for the boys that they would be back after the New Year. His mind went into over load and Sanura took in back to her coven house. Willow escaped later after Wilhelmina Murray went to the house to see how he was. Tessa has been experiencing problems at her home; the ghost of Zara Adamski seems to want justice. The walls of the nursery ran with blood and Tessa found a knife by her bed just like the one she killed the prostitute with when she was possessed by Charles. She called Rudah to help. Rudah invited her to spend time at her home until Roman could get back from seeing about his family problems. The ghost seems quiet now, but one never knows when it will pop up again. She settled in at Rudah�s house, Conor went back to get her painting things so she would have something to keep her mind off the things that bothered her. Roman still hasn�t come back from his trip or called again, we wonder what has happened has his cousin Jerry been up to no good? Calanthe has been taking her job of protecting Lilith seriously, Rudah sent Lilith to stay with her when Tessa came to Rudah�s house after the ghost attack. Although it seems she doesn�t quiet know what to do with children she tries her best to keep Lilith occupied. Eallair seems to have more of an idea on taking care of Lilith than the angel does. Rudah and Shadow had a very happy Solstice surprise, their son Samael made his appearance early. Memnoch attended the birth and blessed Rudah with his touch, making sure she had an easy delivery. Tessa Calanthe Gran and seven demons witnessed the birth of Rudah and Shadow�s son. Lilith seems pleased with her new brother they already seem to have a way of communicating. Shadow�s first experience with diapers made us laugh although it kept Rudah busy cleaning she is happy with her family and takes things as they come. Samael seemed to think it funny that his father got into trouble when he dunked him in the toilet, his odd laughter made Rudah wonder about her son. Calanthe has a new addition at her home also, the Christmas present she bought for Lilith the small kitten Adam. Eallair it seems will have a hard time teaching this ball of fur. Poor Adam better watch out, if Shadow doesn�t eat him Calanthe will end up killing him with the closet door. The story of the Deaveroux family seems to be getting stranger at every turn. The mysterious Deaveroux bride has turned out to be Leilani Kale, one of the doomed dancers from Satan Sister�s. In a twist of events, it seems that she was not killed in her fall from the balcony instead appearing alive and well. Morgaine has since decided that she hates her new daughter-in-law, going into a rage when the couple didn�t return to Haiti after their honeymoon. She has been taking out this anger on Sabine and the Deaveroux mansion. Let�s hope that the house is still standing when Leilani and Damien both finally do come back. Liz recently returned to Los Angeles with the younger Sumner�s, Duncan and Brandon. The duo had ventured to New York City to stay with Liz�s parents for Christmas after the strange happenings at the Sumner estate. While in New York, Liz�s brother, Luke, made an appearance, showing just what an ass he really is. He works for the �bad guys� according to Lanie and Liz, making a living as a corporate lawyer for very wealthy individuals. Luke is now in Los Angeles, working for a yet to be named employer and generally trying to cause headaches for Liz. Even stranger are the happenings surrounding the reemergence of Jake Abernethy. Jake possessed the body of a young Hungarian girl, Kornelia, and tracked down Sean O�Mally, one of the men who played a role in his untimely death. Switching Kornelia�s body for Sean�s, Jake soon found himself easily within the walls of the Sumner estate, posing as a gardener as if nothing were wrong. Secretly casing the place, Jake stole a priceless print from Lanie during her move and broke into the safe in the estate, writing himself a check and then disappearing. He has so far made contact with his friend and would be conspirator, Amelie, putting many plans into motion. Amelie seems to have the world piled on top of her, having to fend off the pining of Razz who is trying to woo her back, going normal in a strange turn of events to try and get her attention. Lestat�s New Years celebration was as interesting as ever, Lestat, Savage, Cro, Louis, Marius, and Shadow, seemed to have more fun this year and Shadow was as comical as ever. Look out gargoyles! At least you were thanked this year. Maybe Shadow is learning more from his Mistress than was thought. As usual the demons Savage and Shadow were loaded but at least Shadow wasn�t grounded this year. Kehleb seemed to be brooding earlier, but after midnight he joined the group. His encounter with Ellane seems to have cheered him up. There will be two new business opening this new year Gran is opening an Herbal shop and Adriana is opening a gallery. We all wish you the best with your endeavors. |
