Where is Pooh Country?
Pooh Country can be found in Hartfield, it is situated in the top left corner of East Sussex, England.  All the "enchanted" places can be found here, including Ashdown Forest.
What Is Pooh Country?
This is the place where the Milne family and Christopher Robin moved to in the Spring of 1925, although the family still had a home in Chelsea, London, they would travel down and stay here for the weekend
It was here that Milne was inspired for the setting of his Winnie the Pooh Stories.
Christopher Robin would pleay in these woods as a child, he would share his adventures with his Nanny.
What can been seen at Pooh Country?
All the enchanted Places featured in the Winnie The Pooh books.  You will see there the places that Christopher Robin called them :
Hundred Acre Wood - The real name for it was 5 hundred Acre Wood!

Ashdown Forest- The place where Christopher Robin lived, known in the books as Pooh's forest!

Enchanted Place -The "happy Pleace" close to Roo's Sandy Pit!

Galleon's Lap - The real name for the top of the forest is Gill's lap!

North Pole - They found a imaginary Pole stuck in the ground, and in the book, christopher Robim tied a message to it, saying "Noth Pole, Discovered by Pooh, Pooh found it"!

Pooh Corner - The shop that sells Pooh and friends gifts.

Pooh Sticks Bridge - Christopher Robin would play Pooh Sticks here with his Nannny

Roo's Sandy Pit- This is actually an old Quarry!
