Did you know we provide a completely free service especially aimed at the Farmer / Landowner who we fully appreciate must have a fast and reliable service for the recovery of lost metal items from farm machinery. Rake tines, Plough shares etc.

We will also search for lost manhole covers, lead pipes, etc. Farmers who are aware of our service are able to call for help year after year knowing we will not let them down.
Large or small groups of members can be arranged to carry out the searches depending on the known area of land where the loss occurred that needs to be searched. We have a long list of successful recoveries, a few of which are listed below:-

Our latest successfull recovery was when 3 members recovered hundreds of sparkler wires discarded by members of the public at a Nov 5th bonfire on a farmers field These could have caused much damage to the silage collector if picked up by the machine these wires also posed a hazard to cattle grazing the land. Successfully found over three or 4 visits. In this case the farmer was so pleased he donated a cash sum to club funds.

Shochlach Farmer... Who lost a chain in a field of long grass ... Successfully found within hours of starting the search.

Landowner of a large estate near Mold... Metal tine lost from a rotary rake when turning sillage prior to collection, found within 3 hours of the phone call asking for assistance.

We are also willing to pay you to allow our club members to have a days detecting on your land.We are interested in any land, either grass meadow, ploughed land, or woodland,
What about your set aside land ?.

Outings are normally arranged on Sundays and we will pay 3.00 per detector for a days detecting from 9.30am to approx.6pm. depends on the time of year. Groups may vary from 12 or 15 to perhaps 25 to 30, The revenue can either be for yourself or for your favourite charity.

We guarantee no mess and very little disturbance. And all metal objects will be cleared from the site and the area left clean tidy and safe. We will also search your land for items lost or buried in past years and we can enter into an agreement to share 50/50 with you the proceeds of any valuable item, (reportable under the Treasure Act 1996) that may be found.

We have also a long list of success with finding items of lost jewellery in gardens etc.
