Mr. Quesenberry has served on the Holston River SWCD board since 1979. Over the past 26 years he served as Chairman for 13 years (1991-2004). He served two terms as Area IV Director on the Executive Committee of the Virginia Association of SWCDs. He has also served two terms as a governor's appointment to the Virginia Soil & Water Conservation Board.
Mr. Copenhaver has served on the Holston River SWCD board since 1958. During those 47 years he has served as the governor's appointment to the Virginia Soil & Water Conservation Board, and chairman of the HRSWCD. He has also served terms as 2nd Vice President, 1st Vice President, and President of the Virginia Association of SWCD's.
