Happy 15th Anniversary!
Can't believe it's been 15 years since Jennifer and I got married in Las Vegas, and now we're back in the same city to celebrate the special occasion. So far, we've defied the odds that usually come with eloping: We've managed to stay together longer than the usual eloped couples do, and we're the proud parents of a fast-growing, but adorable, daughter named Ashley. Tonight, we plan to celebrate in style, with dinner in an upscale restaurant in the hotel we're staying this week, and a nice stroll up and down the Strip to take in the sights. I've promised Ashley that I'll take her to see Hoover Dam before we go back, and hopefully, we can go tomorrow. She's already said that she wants to be just like me when she grows up, and I'm pretty confident that this Vegas trip will confirm her wishes once and for all. She's now 13, so she's three years away from getting her driver's license, and I've even allowed her to pick the car she wants. Meanwhile, Jennifer and I are getting ready for our big day today. We have plans to take a hot-air balloon ride over the city, and then at lunchtime, I'll order a dozen roses to go up to our room. Finally, we'll have our anniversary dinner, and I can hardly wait. Here's to 15 years of wedded bliss, and here's to another 15 years of wedded bliss! Happy Anniversary, Jennifer!
