*Ah... T.T.H. war seiner Zeit anno 1968 schon um ein halbes Jahrhundert voraus: Er hat das politisch-korrekt gegendert, d.h. das geschlechtsspezifische Personalpronomen durch ein neutrales "they" ersetzt! Das ist sehr praktisch, denn so könnte er auch einer Schwuchtel oder Transe nach M. gefolgt sein, wie das heute angesagt wäre. Leider wird dieser gute Eindruck in den nächsten Strophen durch den Gebrauch der schrecklichen Wörter "her" und "she" etwas getrübt ;-(
