Scada department was redefined  in the year 1996. It consist  of three persons specialized in instrumentation,  PLC and MMI. A study was made then to reengineer the principal of Scada system  applied to water treatment process. The department have been classified  the system in order to have better  design , control and supervise. i.e:-

• Instrumentation : Flowmeter, On-line Analyzer ,Pressure transmitter Level sensor etc..
  

• Data acquisition : PLC.
  

• Data processing and control feedback : MMI (Software & Hardware).
  

• Closed -loop control of chemical dosing.
  

Our achievement until now as below:

• New system of On-line analyzer: less maintenance better accuracy.
  

• Newly SCADA software: Friendly user; easy /simple to configure and  control.Wholly developed  by  SCADA Department.
  

• Magnetic flowmeter : Universal flow transmitter compatible with other brand of  flow tube.
  

• Closed -loop control of chemical dosing: pH regulator of treated water.
