She doesn�t know what�s going on and she has nothing to do but survive.

The graphics are amazing in the game, sometimes you almost forget that you are playing a game, Heather the main character looks real at times, and the cut scenes are excellent. Level design is excellent, and the light effects add to the eerie atmosphere within the game. The graphics are a definitive strong point of the game.
The game has nice intro music, but that�s the only nice sound you�ll hear in the game, but not in a bad way. The sound effects are probably some of the most disgusting sounds you could hear. For example, Zombie dogs munching on carcasses. The sounds in the game are at times terrifying, really adding to the overall gaming experience.
The gameplay is just the same as the other silent hill games, overall the character control is pretty good, but there is room for improvement. For instance if you want to shoot/attack any enemies you have to be in cautious mode, by pressing R2, otherwise you cannot do anything. Puzzles in the game aren�t that challenging on normal, but offer gamers a real test on hard difficulty.
The game offers three different difficulties for both puzzles and action, easy, normal or hard. The replayability of the game really depends on how much you enjoy it, its lifespan is fairly large, but not too long or too short.
