[submitted by ex-ion ] Long ago rotating floors and magic mushrooms where an acceptable pastime, no more, after the N64s debut of Mario 64 the series, in my opinion, dried up.
Mario Sunshyte recieved great reviews from the magazines and most websites but their biasty and nostalgia seems to be effecting their judgement.
The music in the game is some of the worst in a Video game I've ever had the displeasure of hearing and the bright graphics are not all theyre cracked up to be, When you run next to walls BEHOLD! some awfull clipping! when you turn sharply, as is often needed the camera gets messed up and faces in a horrible direction, Quite often the most simple of tasks is turned into a labourious chore simply because of the appaling music...
The storyline is predictable and Very kiddy, it bieng a kids game is no excuse, they should take heed of jak & daxter or ratchet & clank on PS2. The cut scenes often donot make sence; when metal mario is revealed to be kooper you'd expect the irritating scenes where metal mario steals your rubbish "flud" device to change into kooper stealing your device, but no, he appears to put on his disguise everytime regardless of everyone knowing its him, is it stupid kooper or lazy developers? hmm.
The game is blatently aimed at children yet it features some of the hardest levels I have ever played in a platformer which I assure you that few children would accomplish and many adults would give up on due to its stupidity.
I will discontinue wasting my time writing about this overrated crappy game as so many people will disagree with me, not that I care, but anyway, on with the scores:

Sound: annoying voices and annoying music, the sound effects are passable- just. (1/5)
Graphics: overrted drivel, it will give you migranes just thinking about it. this is made worse by the appaling camera. (2/5)
Controls: fiddlier than Gary Glitter (1/5))
Gameplay: perhaps some good times could be salvaged but is it worth it? no. not with the immense amount of rubbish in the game (2/5)
Longivity: It will last ages simply because you wont want to play it! (1/5)
Overall: DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE! THIS GAME BITES! (1/5)
