Predicted by legends to return, Golza marches to the Tiga Pyramids to destroy the three-ancient statue giants. Along with his monster comrade, Melba, Golza succeeds in destroying two of the giant statues. But before Golza is able to destroy the third, the statue becomes Ultraman Tiga. After teaming up on Ultraman Tiga with Melba and knowing the battle would end with Golza losing, Golza burrows away from the battlefield, leaving Melba to be destroyed by the Light Warrior. Fighting Power: **** From the looks of it, Golza would appear average. But this Super Ancient Monster is stronger than what you'd give him credit for. While his Forehead Laser is potent but would inflict only minor injuries to powerful monsters, Golza makes up for it in brute strength. Golza can also take a lot of physical damage. Can only imagine the sheer strength Golza had when he returned later to face off against Ultraman Tiga in a rematch. |

| Golza II (Herculean Form) Height: 57 meters Weight: 72,000 tons Powers: Super strength, immunity towards physical blows, able to feed off heat, harder armored skin, a more powerful energy blast from forehead and everything Golza originally had before mutating just improved. History: Mt. Kirimondake begins to erupt and the city is evacuated. GUTS attempts to freeze the molten rock long enough for the evacuation to take place. They succeed but soon discover that after their last encounter, Golza all this time had settled here, feeding off the magma energies! Now awakened with greater power, Golza aims to wipe the human race from the face of the earth once and for all. Ultraman Tiga appears to stop Golza, but even in Omni-Mode, Ultraman is no match for this new and more powerful version of Golza. Transforming into its Power Mode, Ultraman and Golza duke it out in a physical brawl nobody would ever forget. Even in Power Mode, Ultraman's strongest hits cause Golza to stumble back. With time running out, Ultraman's Delacium Beam fails to even stop Golza! At a last ditch effort, Ultraman transforms into Omni-Mode and fires his Zepellion Beam. Nearly dead, Ultraman takes Golza's body and flies to Mt. Kirimondake and drops the Super Ancient Monster into the mouth of the volcano, just as it erupts� Fighting Power: ***** Not only does Golza's brute strength rival even Heisei Godzilla's, but Golza is still able to block punches and have enough speed and power to kick Ultraman in the process! Let's face it, even if Golza is packing a punch that could shatter a monster's skull, the subterranean menace can still move pretty fast and do a few karate moves to knock you down. Even in Power Mode, Ultraman's blows failed to penetrate Golza's thick hide. Now able to absorb heat in all forms, Golza's energy blast is a lot stronger! Had Ultraman not been able to think on such short notice, then there would be no real force capable of vanquishing Golza-physically speaking. Give it up to one of the strongest monsters out there. |
