Luxury is viewed through the lenses of pattern, decoration, tradition and materials. The objects of Radiant Dark combine texture, quality and attention to detail that lend aesthetic richness. Natural resources and their increasing luxury lead to some brooding thoughts with a light touch. Radiant Dark is a melding of thoughtful expression and modern Canadian design practice. The theme for this year's Nuit Blanche at Propeller is inspired by the title of the 1968 George Romero Horror Flick, Night of the Living Dead, where a group of people hide in a farm-house from bloodthirsty zombies.
