He tells their stories to demonstrate that they, too, enrich our lives. Most of his sculptures are life size, and are made from burlap and Winterstone (a Canadian, cement-like product). These humble materials allow him to create fluid, gesture-like sculptures that are strong yet extremely lightweight.
