Worry not. Cypruss voice filled her ears. Just try to remember

Rememberwhat? Libra looked up just in time to dodge a blob of super-energized mud. She rolled and landed on one knee, just as something in her mind clicked, as though opened by the ravens voice.

Libra Beam Blaster! she exclaimed, focusing all her energy through the chain. The two dishes started to glow gold, then blasted out with a golden beam that sliced through the mud creature easily.

But of course, the monster re-formed itself almost instantly, chuckling with laughter. Itsa be takings more than thats to beats me.

It didnt work! Libra gasped.

Hes like a puddle of mud. Gemini muttered. No matter how you cut through it, itll come back together again. But when it dries outhell be brittle enough to shatter!

So how do we do that? Libra asked herself, exasperated. Its still drizzling, he wont be dry for hours!

Even if the sun came out Gemini looked up at the sky as the monster stomped ever closer. The weathers just no help right now.

YummiesEnergies is yummies

Think, Libra, think! Cyprus urged. Remember your strengths! You can give us the edge here!

What can I do? Libra demanded. Its not like I can control the weather

Can you? Cyprus teased. RememberRemember your Balancing Magic!

Something connected in Libras brain, a sudden flash of some unremembered memory. Iremember she whispered. Ive got it!

Got what? Gemini asked, confused.

Libra didnt answer, just held her scales by the very edge of the chain, only a few inches from the scales. She held it above her head and closed her eyes. SunRainBalancing Magic!

Her eyes flew open and just as they did everything froze. Geminis mouth was open as though she was about to ask a question, and her hair looked rather funny, flying out behind her in the wind. The mud creature had one arm back, about to fling more mud, and Cyprus had a strange sort of sparkle frozen in his eyes. It all had a strange yellow-brown tint to them, but Libra didnt seam to notice.

With serious, unemotional eyes, she lifted her hand over the first dish. Out of it, one by one, dropped heavy gold weights, until there was at least a dozen of them and the scales were tipped far, far to that one side.

Above her, the clouds slowly began to lift, then almost instantly sped away. The sun began to shine brightly, and the temperature began to rise

Gemini blinked and looked around. The sun was shining brightly and Libra was lowering her scales, though shed only lifted them up a moment ago. What in theWhat did you do?!

Libras Balancing Magic can control the weather and elements available during battle. Cyprus said smoothly, a hint of laughter in his eyes. Look, there!

The Senshi had a look, then started to smile. The mud monster had dried quickly in the sun, which was now sending the temperature up to 95+. Maybe you overdid it a bit. Gemini laughed.

Better than not enough. Libra brushed her hair back. Will you do the honors?

Id be happy to. Gemini smiled, enjoying the fact that their friendship had been jump-started so easily. She closed her eyes and focused her energy on the scythe, whose blade started to glow with black light.

Shadow Scythe! she cried, slashing it forward. The beam of black energy hurled off the blade and sliced through the monster, which practically exploded in a cloud of dust.
