I thought I would share this with you.� My girlfriend and I were attending the ABC Primetime Preview Weekend at Disney's California Adventure on Saturday, August 24, 2002 when we decided to relax for a little while in the lobby of the Grand Californian Hotel.� While we were sitting on the couch near the fireplace, I noticed Eric (who was there promoting "Less Than Perfect") and his Disney guide walking past us.� When I saw him, I nudged my girlfriend and whispered to her "Hey!� That's Eric Roberts!" while fiddling to get my camera ready.� Eric's guide noticed that I was looking at Eric and whispering to my girlfriend, and in turn she whispered something to Eric.� I assume�she told him "I think those two want a picture with you."� So Eric turned around, pointed his finger at me and said "Did you guys want a picture with me?"� to which I stammered "YEAH!"� He posed with each of us at the hotel's Grand Piano and even insisted on a group picture.� I've never before encountered a celebrity like Eric who was so cordial and obliging.� When we finished taking pictures, I shook his hand and thanked him.� My girlfriend and I couldn't stop smiling afterwards.
