It must be borne in mind that the tragedy of life does not lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goal to reach. It is also warranted to bear in mind that it is of no fault of ours, The Maltese settled in New Zealand that the long awaited agreement between Malta and New Zealand for some unbeknown, reasons, excuse, technicalities remain to this day unsigned.

We have had visits from people in high authority, promises, conventions, studies and what you want but the one thing which we need, wish for, want and deserve still deludes us.
