Octave 1 refers to the notes from low b below the staff to b in the middle of the staff.  Octave 2 refers to the notes from b in the middle of the staff to b just above the staff, etc.  Notes with a * require a b foot joint to play.  Notes with a # mean that the gizmo key can be added.  Alternate fingerings are marked with -or-.
