I/we agree to hold harmless, indemnify and release from all claims, Miss 24th of June, Kim Williamson, facility where this pageant is held. and everyone associated with this pageant. This shall include, but not be limited to any injury, loss or theft. Director has sole authority to disqualify contestants without refund for poor sportsmanship by anyone and the right to refuse entries based on past sportsmanship. No refunds, except in the event the pageant is cancelled. Scores are not shown. I understand all winners are required to ride in the parade, Saturday, June 27th, 2009. Winners must provide their own vehicles for the parade. Failure of a winner to ride in the parade will result in pageant title being revoked and no scholarship money will be awarded.

Where: Florala CIty Middle School - 22975 7th Avenue - Florala, AL
Time: 7:00 p.m.
General Public Admission: $3.00 per person
Attire: Pageant for all divisions. Swimsuit and evening wear for the Miss division only. Being age appropriate is encouraged and recommended for the younger girls. The Miss contestants only will compete in swimwear and evening wear. No two piece swim suits! Swim wear competion is first on the agenda Thursday night.
Age Divisions: Toddler (2 & 3 yrs.), Tiny (4-6 yrs.), Little (7-10 yrs.), Young (11-13 yrs.), Junior (14-16 yrs.), & Miss (17-21 yrs.) *
Please honor these age divisions. We will allow a thirty day grace period (from the dateof the pageant) for those wishing to compete in a higher age division.
*Miss Contestants must provide proof of age.
Entry Fees: $35.00 for all categories except for the Miss Division which is $45.00.
There is a Photogenic Division for all categories. The additional fee for photogenic is $10.00 for the first photo and $5.00 for each additonal photo. PLEASE do not mail photos. Leave your photos at the admissions desk no later than 6:30 p.m. Late arrivals will not be judged. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Prizes: Winner will receive crowns and trophies. Runners-up and photogenic winners will receive trophies. The winner of the Miss division only will be the recipient of a $500 cash scholarship* to the college of her choice. This scholarship must be used within one year from the date of the pageant or date of high school graduation, whichever date precedes. Winners of each division MUST ride in the parade on Saturday, June 27th, providing their own vehicle.
Baby Miss must be escorted during their beauty walks.
Miss contestants should be prepared for on stage question following evening gown segment.
There is no rehearsal. The designated walk for all contestants is the T walk. Contestants will walk out by themselves (except for toddlers who must be escorted) and then will go back onstage for a group line-up. The school will be open at 6:00 p.m. Contestants must arrive and obtain their numbers no later than 6:30.
ONLY ONE ATTENDANT PER CONTESTANT IN DRESSING ROOM. - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
This contest is an open pageant, meaning contenders may participate reguardless of where they live. Residences are not revealed to the judges or the audience. Contestants must have never been married and never had children. If you are a reigning queen in this pageant system you cannot compete again until you are eligible to move up a category by the age requirements.
