Explanation of classification and copyright
Introduction
This page shows all the pictures of acceptable quality that were taken by Kirt Simmons of the Formula 16 HP group at the Spring Fever 2002 regatta. Some pictures were made on thursday or friday before the regatta, but most of the pictures are taking just prior and during the two races on saterday. Also we ,as the F16 class, give credit to Kirt for his excellent choice of photographs of a wide range of different designs. For anyone looking to use these pictures publically or commercially, we refer to our copyright terms.

We really wanted to photograph the racing and so we did; to bad th sun didn't play fair. So not to many sunny pictures from us but true action pictures nevertheless. Hope you enjoy it !

Contact either Kirt Simmons or the Formula 16 HP class when you want to use the pictures.

All pictures not (clearly) depicting Formula 16 HP, Formula 18 or Formula 18HT boats are in principle permitted to be used by others in a non-profitable way. When in doubt, contact us.

All pictures showing Formula 16 HP, formula 18 or Formula 18HT boats may be used when the following character string is placed either on the picture itself or below the picture and is clearly readable :

Now having said this, all the guys and gals that see themselfs or friends in the pictures and are not affiliated to or active in one of the formula classes and related one-design classes ; these folks may consider themselfs free to view and store the pictures for private use at they see fit
