It has the smallest footprint.

Winnie:I'm looking for a really compact fax machine.
Salesperson:Well we have plenty to choose from, just have a look around.
Winnie:That one in gray and silver looks very attractive and it's quite small.
Salesperson:Yes, it has the smallest footprint of any of the machines which we stock.
Winnie:So it's not going to take up too much room on the shelf.
Salesperson:No, it's certainly the best choice if your space is limited.

In the 1960s, a facsimile machine generally took more than five minutes to transmit a letter-sized document是說「一九六○年代,傳真機傳送普通書信長短的文件,要超過五分鐘」。 This is a facsimile of da Vinci's Mona Lisa(這是達文西作品《蒙娜麗莎》的摹本)。
It has the smallest footprint。 The footprints in the mud led us to a wooden hut(我們循著泥土上的腳印,走到一間小木屋前)。 (1) There is only enough desk space for a small-footprint computer(桌上所有空間,只能放一臺小體積電腦)。(2) The footprint of the fax machine measures 20cm in width and 30cm in length(這部傳真機所佔空間是寬二十公分,長三十公分)。
