 Dear Sunny,

Working for Sunny International Group and you has been  a tremendous experience for me, and I am greatly appreciate of the opportunities I have had here since August 18, 1999 .   I have the utmost respect for you and your Companies, I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges and contributions I have made with the Company. However, I have decided to resign my position as :

    1. President Assistant from Sunny International Group;
    2. Customer Service and Operations Manager from Sunny International Services Corp; 
    3. Customer Service and Operations Manager from Cyberlink Pacific Telecom

Effective Monday, November 18, 2002, and my last day of employment will be November 30, 2002.

This resignation is not a reflection of my dissatisfaction with the Group's arrangement, but the result of my excitement about an advancement to myself that meets both my personal and professional needs. I hope you will understand and support.

Please  be assured that I will do all I can to transfer of my responsibilities as smoothly and effectively as possible before leave.
