Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of ordering and purchase of products through our site.
a) Customers must provide full and accurate information/address in the order form.
b) Replacements / exchange cannot be entertained unless the product is defective as is intended for use or wrongly delivered.
c) All orders / Payment must be authorized online as per our guiding process. In the event of non-authorization of any credit / debit card, Ethnic Trends is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit/debit cards.
d) Products and prices listed are subject to change by us without notice.
e) Appropriate Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's delivery address.
f) All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Ethnic Trends will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situated in Hyderabad alone.
g) Ethnic Trends reserves the right to modify the web-site policy without any prior notice.

Delivery Policy:

1) Ethnic Trends will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
2) Customers must provide up to 5-7 working days for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 7 working days, we will inform the reasons to the customer at the earliest.

3) All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
4) Ethnic Trends takes care to ship the orders in good condition. However if the package is damaged due to mishandling by the courier service provider, Ethnic Trends will not be responsible for the same.
Refund Policy:

We do have a policy to encourage replacement or exchanges for genuine reasons. That is to say, If the product is defective and not as intended or wrongly delivered we do accept requests for replacement only.
In such a case, the customer needs to send an unboxing video on whatsapp to the number 9840623958 and also an email to “[email protected]” mentioning the actual reason for the replacement request within 24 hours from the receipt of the product and the product has to be returned on getting our confirmation to the address communicated by us with the original invoice without any damage.

Requests which do not satisfy the above criteria will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders placed can be cancelled before payment. Please send the cancellation e mail to “ ethnictrendssteam@gmail” mentioning the actual reason for the cancellation of the order with order details etc within an hour of placing the order. But once payment is made it cannot be cancelled. Please check your order details thoroughly before finalizing and making the payment online.
