HONEY-NUT SQUASH

    2 medium acorn or butternut squash, sliced lengthwise

Slice the squash, lengthwise into halves and remove the seeds and fibers. Place each half, cut side down, in a baking dish with about 1 inch of hot water. Bake in a preheated 400' oven for 30-45 minutes or until soft. Remove from the oven and discard the water. Return the squash, cut side up, to the pan.

    1/4 C honey
    2 T raisins
    2 T walnuts or pecans, chopped
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 T butter

Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon this mixture into the cavity of each half. Return to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
