    1 /12 lbs extra-lean ground beef
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 large potato, peeled, diced into 1/2 inch cubes (optional)
    2 cups Mild Chile Sauce
    Any other mexican spices you like

Cook the potato cubes in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.

Brown the hamburger, adding the garlic when partly browned. Pour off all the fat. Add chile sauce and potato, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered about 25 minutes.

    24 Corn Tortillas
    Shredded lettuce, if desired
    Grated white cheddar or other cheese
    Any other toppings you like
