GRILLED HAWAIIAN SANDWICH

Preheat oven to 425' F.

    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 Tbsp chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp Dijon-type mustard
    1 tsp caraway seeds
    8 slices French bread

Combine egg, milk, onion, mustard and seeds. Dip one side of bread slice in mixture and brown that side in olive oil in a skillet. Repeat for all eight slices.

    4 slices Swiss cheese
    4 slices baked ham
    4 slices of pineapple (1 8 1/4 oz can)
    grated parmesan cheese

Assemble the sandwiches. Layer onto one slice of browned bread 1 slice cheese, 1 slice ham, 1 slice pineapple. Place another bread slice on top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 8 minutes.
