    1 lb. sirloin strips, shrimp (peeled and deveined) or chicken strips
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 pkg fajita seasoning

Mix oil, lime juice, fajita seasoning and meat, and marinate for 4 hours to overnight.

    1 med red bell pepper, sliced
    1 med. green bell pepper, sliced
    1 small red onion, sliced
    3 green onions, sliced
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Drain meat from marinade, and reserve. In a heavy fry pan, heat on high 3 Tbs. marinade. Add peppers and onions, saute for 2 minutes. Remove to a platter. Add 1 Tbs. of marimade to pan. Add meat, stirring for 3 minutes, or until cooked. Remove meat to platter. Pour remaining marinade into pan, cook for 1 minute. Pour over meat and peppers. Add cilantro and toss.

    1/4 cup feta or cheddar cheese, crumbled
    1 pkg. tortillas, warmed, or corn tortillas
    Sour cream

Serve with warmed tortillas, sour cream and/or cheese.
