This is a recipe you can experiment with: different types of sausage, beans, chilli and cheese, and varied quantities of each, until you find the combination that is perfect for you!

    2 or 3 different kinds of sausages (about 2 lbs)
    2 cans Campbell's Barbecue Beans
    1 can Nalley's Regular Chilli
    8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    3-4 Tbsp epazote (to reduce flatulence)

Preheat oven to 350' F. Cook the sausages if necessary (pierce skins with fork to release the fat) and slice into bite-sized pieces. (If already cooked, it is best to saute the slices to release the fat.) Drain the fat and mix sausage slices together with the beans, chili and epazote in an oven-safe casserole dish. Top with the cheese. Bake until bubbly and cheese in melted.
