An increasingly skilful politician, Dr. Sun moved away from the traditional secret societies, to establishing his own party, and finally to establishing an army under his command - a return back to China's Culture of Force. *8. Impact of the Revolution by Dr. Sun and the Communist? Looking for alternative to Culture of Force, by re-reading marxism, introduction of public accountability, social contract, political participation. The alternative to Culture of Force is that of management; but if management fails will return to the Culture of Force. With rise of merchants, there is a strong Enterprise Culture; also the rise of Science Culture. Such cultures will shape the Chinese Political Culture.
