     Basic Shapes to Keep in Mind: Dragons

So you've learned how you can use basic shapes to form any sort of character (if not, then click on this link: Ways to Build a Character). You must also keep in mind that depending on the shapes you use to construct your dragon, it will affect what its personality/behavior is.
There are some pointed shapes in the dragon here, but that's OK
Use round shapes to create a friendly, "cute and cudly" dragon.
Ain't she a cute little dragon? She looks a lot like a cat, but anyway...
Triangular and diamond, or sharp-edged shapes, will make your dragon much more harsh and hostile.
Triangular/diamond shapes are especially good for serpent-like dragons

For a really strong and powerful dragon, try using box or square shapes.

These are really all you need to know to create the frame of your new dragon! You could always experiment and see what crazy combination could come out!
