This one was done sometime around early 2002. I often like to play Mario Kart 64, and my best in that game is Bowser. In the picture I tried to add everyone, with all of my 'enemies' (the ones that my friends controlled and the ones that give me the most trouble when the computer's controlling them) either exploding or getting ready to explode. Heehee.
This was done for my very first Cubix fic. I've been told that Cubix looks good, but Connor looks like crap. I'm not entirely sure what it is about Connor that's so horrible. Perhaps I did a craptastic job on his hair, perhaps the facial expressions don't look right. Perhaps I made him look too anime-ish. Whatever it is, that is the strongest complaint.
Kuriboh and Dark Magician are two of my favorite duel monsters. Kuriboh is such a cute little fuzzball and Dark Magician kicks so much butt, I just had to put the two together. I wanted to make Kuriboh and Yugi look cute and innocent, while having Dark Magician look as if he is protecting them both. (His staff is supposed to be partially infront of Yugi and Kuriboh, indicating a combintation of aloofness and protectiveness.)
This was drawn around the time that Pokemon Crystal first came out (I can't remember off the top of my head when that was). These are the pokemon that I had, and they were the first team I ever trained. (Crystal was my first pokemon game, followed by Red, Silver and Ruby.) Their names were Venus (Victrebell), Slash (Sandslash), Firebrand (Arcanine), Deathstar (Feraligator), Timone (Furret) and Draconian (Dragonite). The girl in the picture is my original character Selenia. My pokemon's levels are in the early 80's.
Metabee is my favorite medabot. He's so cute, and has such a fiesty attitude. Not to mention is love of watermelons! The picture was done by ink and pencil shading.
This was a request from a friend of mine. The picture itself was done around March 2002. I don't like the way Mewtwo came out, I messed up on his chest. I am proud on how Vegeta turned out, though.
