| Koala Cabinets are designed and constructed with such care and craftsmanship and with such quality and materials that we provide the original owner with a Lifetime Limited Warranty covering major components of the cabinet. The warranty protects against manufacture's defects in the workmanship and materials of certain componets in your Koala Cabinet, including: all componets related to the Koala Soft Touch Air Lift System or Electrical Glide System; individual parts incorporated into the cabinet frame, the storage bins, draw glides, hinges, handles and casters. This warranty is limited to the original owner of the Koala Cabinet when the Koala Cabinet is shipped direct to a authorized Koala dealer or to a retal customer under the Koala Optional Residential Delivery Program. The warranty is viod if the Koala cabinet is reshipped by an unauthorized shipper or delivery service. This warranty applies only to the componets listed above. In addition, incidental and consequential damages resulting from a breech of this warranty or any implied warranty are excluded to the extentpermitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusive may not apply to you. In the event you discover a defect component, you need to return the component with a copy of this warranty and the original receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase to: Koala Cabinets at 19081 NE Portal Way, Portland, Oregon 97230*. Koala Cabinets will then provide you with a replacement component free of charge within a reasonable period thereafter. You will be responsible for all freight charges in connection with delivering the defective component to us and, to the extent premitted by applicable law, any labor charges that may be applicable. We will pay all freight charges in connection with delivering replacement components back to you. Koala Cabinets have been designed for personal, family or household use in connection with sewing machines and related crafts and hobbies. This warranty does not cover any defect resulting from the misuse or abuse of the cabinet, normal wear and tear, or use in a commercial environment.
