The site is divided into very detailed categories, where they have a concise explanation of how to go on with each stage of your essay. From brainstroming the ideas, they tell you how to organize, revise, edit your work. The source documenting stage is not to be forgotten. It also provides guidelines to four different types of essays - informal, thesis/support, argumentative and exploratory.
"UW Madison Writing Center" is a site provided by the University of Wisconsin-Madison. That is why it is more concentrated on helping students than Paradigm Online. Since this website has a narrower target than the previous site, it has somewhat of a diverse information for those writers. Introductions to the classes held in the university, other writing programs on and off campus are definite differences.
