UPDATE: 5/1/2009    from the Dobieden.  This dog remains unpaid 2.5 years after being shipped to the Gurklies, and the buyers never had a chance of getting a second pup from us, by our choice.  Legal charges have now been filed and are being processed for debt collection.  Since it goes across state lines, interstate theft is the main charge, not only because the dog was never paid for, but because the dog was bred before she was AKC registered, puppies were sold, and dog remains unpaid.  If you deal with MoonDancer Kennel, formerly WindDancer Dobermans, I HIGHLY recommend you get paid before the animal sold leave your hands.  MoonDancer Doberman owners tend to exaggerate the truth in order to benefit themselves.

Wonder why they changed their kennel name?  Hmmmm, could it be they're trying to hide something?

**page will stay up until we are paid for the dog the Gurklies stole from us.  OFA testing the dog 2.5 years after taking it to keep from paying for it, just proves they are trying to get something for nothing.  If they didn't want the dog, then they should have returned it BEFORE charges were filed against them.  They are con artists and thieves.  Charges remain and my own libel charges have been filed against statements they have made against our business on public forums.  Nice try, Kathleen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: 7/27/2009  Dog is still unpaid and has been bred at least one time.  Quality of dog was never questioned until I pressed charges to collect payment, and then all of a sudden, the dog was misrepresented.  TWO AND A HALF YEARS AFTER THE GURKLIES ACCEPTED THE DOG AND PRAISED ME FOR HOW WONDERFUL SHE IS!  So this page will stay up on my site, no matter who hosts my site, until the dog is paid for.

And for other interested parties, I will define two terms for them

SLANDER:   Verbal or spoken defamation   nope, only defamation done is the non-payment of a dog that went from NC to IN.....  nothing spoken in NC but plenty spoken in IN.  Maybe I should add that to my charges

LIBEL:  A written (notably as handbill) or pictorial statement which unjustly seeks to damage someone's reputation; The act or crime of displaying such a statement publicly; To defame someone, especially in a manner that meets the legal definition of libel     .....again, nothing unjust in my statements.  But maybe the defamation stated by Kathleen Gurklies, and her daughter, in a public forum "http://www.dobermantalk.com" about me to ruin my reputation, would be considered as such.  Hmmm, maybe I should add that to my charges also as that was in a public forum to specifically damage my reputation.  

EVERYTHING on my pages is factual and since there are no doberman litters planned in Carbon, IN (stated on the kennels' website) and neither Gurklies is involved in the show ring, there is no more damage to anyone's reputation than what they did to their own.

Neither is represented here.  Everything stated is fact.

UPDATE: 8/10/2009   Dog is STILL unpaid and now Kathleen Gurklies is threatening me.  My lawyer will handle the case.
