Lisa,
Hope all is well with yawl, Just wanted to send you an email and let you
know how the pups are doing. Caden and Chloe are both doing very well.
At 10 months old Caden is about 95 lbs now and Chloe is about 75 lbs.
Both are very healthy and spoiled as can be. I just wanted to tell you
how many compliments we get when we take them out on the town. So many
people walk up to us and tell us how beautiful they both are. Caden is
the sweetest big fellow you would want to meet but he is rather
intimidating looking to strangers which we like, we should have named
him "Tank" because he just bulldozes his way around
everything. Caden loves to play tug of war and he usually wins because
he's sooo strong. Chloe is a "princess" in every sense of
the word, she prances across the yard and loves to fetch but will go
nowhere near the ball or toy if it lands within 2 feet of a pooh pile ha
ha. Training went very well and I am very happy with the end result.
Both of them are very smart and know all the basic commands and a
few tricks. We even go for walks in the neighborhood without leashes
(but they do have on e-collars, I'm not stupid) and they are
very well behaved.
We had Chloe fixed but have left Caden intact. First we did this so he
could fully develop physically and mentally but now we feel like he is
such a great looking fellow with the best personality that we might want
him to have a girlfriend in the future. Now that is something we have
never done and don't really know much about that type of stuff but he
seems to be acting as if that is something on his mind ha ha. I would
like to have your thoughts on that and would like you to be involved if
that is something we decide to do in the future.
Thanks again for the great pups,
