These gems hold one charge of the spell meteor swarm. Spell is
unleashed on impact of the gem, even if it does not strike the
intended target(DC 19). These Gems are illegal in most cities, making
them very rare and highly prised by rogues, cut-throats, and all
sorts of un-savory individuals. Not to mention, they are hard to
create. The spell cannot be placed in just any gem. A Fire Opal of at
least 1,000gp in value is required. Any other gem simply shatters
during the creation process.
