DI MO

The "Di Mo" acts as a membrane that causes the dizi to produce a frequency.

It is used to cover a hole called the "Mo Kong" simply means the "Membrane Hole".

In the picture on your left, you will be able to see the "Di Mo" packaging.

The packaging consist of the outer cover and the inner cover.

Inside the inner cover

There are about 8 pieces of long original pieces. Every piece comes in a tube form.

Only a small piece of Di Mo is required.

Cut a small piece of Di Mo out from the long piece.

Use a very thin safety pin or sharp pair of scissors and cut on one end of the cross section as shown.

The result will be the cut out piece as shown.

Ar Jiao

The "Ar Jiao" acts as a type of glue, adhesive that is used to stick the "Di Mo" on to the "Mo Kong". It is also used as a tonic for female which can be brought from the Chinese Medication Hall . In Chinese it is called .

The reason why this is used instead of glue is because "Ar Jiao" is water - soluble. Whenever it touches water, it will melt. Hence shifting the "Di Mo" at the "Mo Kong" is easier. Moreover, the "Ar Jiao" dries fast and sets the "Di Mo" .
