For those who are curious about what I look like, here
are some photos.
The photo above is fairly recent, taken in June 2000.
(My latest picture is my CD "album" photo, below.)
I have used the black-and-white photo above with
a lot of my published newspaper articles.
United States Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) with my
husband, Neil, and me at 1998 MS Society Issues and Empowerment Forum luncheon
in Washington, DC.
(Note: Photo above has been retouched to eliminate
background clutter and other individuals who hadn't been contacted for permission
to have their images posted at this site.)
Congressman Brad Sherman (D-CA), left, Neil, and
me in Washington, DC, in 1999.
Congresswoman Connie Morella (R-MD), right, and I
talked briefly about access to assistive devices at an MS Society breakfast
on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, in 1999. I don't recall the identity of
the person at the left side of the picture.
(My thanks to Loretta Putnam for giving me permission to post the Sherman
and Morella photos above, which she took during the M.S. Society's 1999
Issues and Empowerment Forum in Washington.)
