Management Lab
I have spent the last 10 years as a manager. First, managing a small group of professionals on a corporate quality assurance staff and, for the last two years, a $20 million dollar division of my company (approximately 100 employees!). I plan to offer some simplistic approaches to management. I am not a management guru, nor a consultant.
