Pediatric Nimesulide  withdrawal in Venezuela !!!!

Hola amigos DERMAGICOS, en este corto pero caliente tema, RETIRO DEL NIMESULIDE en VENEZUELA, una vez mas se ratifica la CALIDAD DE MI PREDICCIÓN cuando el GOBIERNO VENEZOLANO por fin decidí sacar al NIMESULIDE DEL MERCADO. 

Que les puedo decir ???? una gran victoria PARA MI PAGINA, una gran verdad UNA GRAN BATALLA, que se inicio en el país PORTUGAL hace mas de 3 años, CUANDO MURIERON 2 NIÑOS A CAUSA DE ESTA MOLÉCULA.

A partir de esa fecha inicie una dura denuncia SOBRE ESTA MOLÉCULA QUE NUNCA SE VENDIÓ EN LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS, pero que invento ese país, y que la vendieron a países subdesarrollados como VENEZUELA QUE SE COMIÓ EL CUENTO de que estaba en presencia de una gran molécula,,,,, Y MATABA a los niños....

...y a los LABORATORIOS DE..... no les importo eso,,, y lo digo de nuevo LABORATORIOS DE ...., algunos de ellos hicieron llamadas telefónicas a mi oficina intimidándome y amenazándome... mi respuesta fue la misma,,,,,, LA MOLÉCULA ES MALA, hay que sacarla del mercado.

Y también me gane la OFENSA DE UNOS CUANTOS MÉDICOS MEDIOCRES DE ESTE bello país que me escribieron correos OFENSIVOS CUANDO DIJE: son unos laboratorios......., porque no tienen conciencia..... todavía guardo los NOMBRES DE ESOS MÉDICOS MEDIOCRES Y SUS EMAILS,,,, pura basura. Ahora les digo que se tomen un whisky con 2 pastillas de Nimesulide y se vayan de paseo.....

En octubre del 2004 publique LAS DOCE MOLÉCULAS del patíbulo,,, entre ellas el NIMESULIDE, Y LE dije a un visitador medico,,,, DILE a tus amigos que estoy PREPARADO CON TODO que vengan con todo QUE YA VA A CAER  EL VIOXX,.... el fin del Nimesulide estaba ANUNCIADO.!!!!

Sinceramente,,, espere mucho por esta decisión QUE PROHÍBE EL USO DEL NIMESULIDE EN NIÑOS, mujeres embarazadas y uso solo  5 DÍAS DE TRATAMIENTO EN ADULTOS BAJO ESTRICTO CONTROL MEDICO,,,,, prácticamente la misma de la Comisión Europea.

......También recibí MILES DE CARTAS EN ESTOS DÍAS FELICITÁNDOME POR LA PROEZA, EL MILAGRO, LA DECISIÓN O COMO QUIERAN LLAMARLO y publique una de ellas, TESTIGO ESCRITO DE UNA MADRE QUE LE DIO NIMESULIDE A SUS HIJOS Y DE COMO SE PREGUNTABA de porque no ME HICIERON CASO

Con esta decisión para el DERMAGIC se cierra un ciclo, pues NUNCA MAS PUBLICARE (POR AHORA) sobre moléculas sucias LAS CUALES ACTUALMENTE ESTÁN EN EL MERCADO Y ESTÁN MATANDO GENTE, toda aquella persona del PLANETA TIERRA, que desee conocer si una molécula es MALA, tendrá que ir a mi oficina personalmente para saber sobre ella, pues me canse de niños y adultos muertos a causa de LABORATORIOS que con su poder económico imponen pautas.

También me canse de amenazas y médicos corruptos que le abren el "..." a los laboratorios, y después hablan mal de ti como si fueras un delincuente, Cuando ellos son los verdaderos DELINCUENTES....por ser cómplices.

..... Que te vas a morir como un ".........." porque estas tomando la molécula XXX,, averíguatelas,,,,,, en estos años recibí NUMEROSAS INVITACIONES DE RADIO Y TELEVISIÓN Y NUNCA QUISIERON QUE HABLARA DEL NIMESULIDE, DEL VIOXX Y DEL CELEBREX,, había como una protección,,, Y NUNCA FUI,,,,, AHORA MENOS,  AHORA YO LES DIGO elegantemente que se vayan de paseo,,,, eso es lo menos que pueden hacer.

Gracias a todos los que me apoyaron..... y todos aquellos que murieron por esta  MOLÉCULA SUCIA,,, que Dios los tenga en la gloria... y en la cima del cielo....

Hello DERMAGIC friends, in this short but hot topic, RETIREMENT OF THE NIMESULIDE in VENEZUELA, once but the QUALITY of MY PREDICTION is ratified when the VENEZUELAN GOVERNMENT finally decided to take out the NIMESULIDE OF THE MARKET.

What I can tell you ???? a great victory FOR MI WEB SITE, a great truth A GREAT BATTLE that beginning in the country PORTUGAL  but of 3 years ago, WHEN 2 CHILDREN DIED TO CAUSE OF THIS MOLECULE.

Starting from that date it begins a hard accusation ON THIS MOLECULE THAT was NEVER SOLD IN THE UNITED STATES, but that I invent in that country, and that they sold it to underdeveloped countries as VENEZUELA THAT ATE UP THE STORY that it was in presence of a great molecule, AND it KILLED the children and adults....

... and to the LABORATORIES of .....   they don't care  that, and I tell it again LABORATORIES OF ...., some of them made telephone calls to my office intimidating me and threatening me... my answer was the same one,, THE MOLECULE is BAD, it is necessary to take it out of the market.

And it also wins me the OFFENSE OF SOME MEDIOCRE DOCTORS OF THIS beautiful country that wrote me OFFENSIVE mail WHEN I SAID: they are some laboratories of @#@#@@, because they don't have conscience..... I still keep the NAMES OF THOSE MEDIOCRE DOCTORS AND THEIR EMAILS, pure garbage. Now I tell them that they take a whisky with 2 nimesulide pills and leave to walk.....

In October of the 2004 I publishes THE TWELVE MOLECULES of the scaffold, (THE DIRTY DOZEN) among them the NIMESULIDE, AND I told to a medic visitor, TELL to your friends that I am PREPARED WITH EVERYTHING,  that come with everything THAT THE VIOXX will ALREADY FALL...the end of the nimesulide was ANNOUNCED.!!!!!

Sincerely, wait a lot for this decision THAT PROHIBITS THE USE OF THE NIMESULIDE IN CHILDREN, pregnant  women,  and use single 5 DAYS OF TREATMENT IN ADULTS UNDER  STRICT MEDIC CONTROL, practically the same of the European commission.

...... I also received THOUSANDS OF LETTERS IN THESE DAYS CONGRATULATING ME FOR THE PROWESS, THE MIRACLE, THE DECISION OR LIKE WANT to CALL IT and I one publish of them, WRITTEN  WITNESS OF A MOTHER THAT GAVE NIMESULIDE TO THEIR CHILDREN AND,  HOW  she WONDERED of because NOBODY didn't PAY ME ATTENTION. 

With this decision for the DERMAGIC closes a cycle, because I will NEVER PUBLISH (FOR THE TIME BEING ) on dirty molecules, THOSE WHICH AT THE MOMENT THEY ARE IN THE MARKET AND THEY ARE KILLING PEOPLE,,, every single person of the PLANET EARTH that wants to know if a molecule is BAD, he/she will have to go personally to my office to know on her, because I get tired of children and dead adults because of LABORATORIES that impose rules with its economic power

La Junta Revisora de Productos Farmacéuticos del Ministerio de Salud y Desarrollo Social (MSDS), ordeno retirar del mercado los productos farmacéuticos a base de NIMESULIDE en sus presentaciones pediátricas, dado el alto riesgo de hepatitis fulminante y lesiones de hígado en la población infantil. De igual modo se establecieron nuevas condiciones de comercialización para las presentaciones de este producto recetado como analgésico, antipirético y antiinflamatorio para la población adulta. Entre ellas: vender el producto solo con prescripción médica, limitar las indicaciones a dosis bajas en caso de fiebre y dolores de leve a moderada intensidad (entre 50 y 100 miligramos una o dos veces al da hasta completar una dosis máxima de 200 miligramos diarios) y, en tratamientos que no excedan los 5 das continuos.

Así lo indicaron Ramón Ernesto Perdomo, director de Contraloría Sanitaria del MSDS; Esperanza Briceño, directora de Drogas y Cosméticos; y Leopoldo Landaeta, miembro de la Junta Revisora de Productos Farmacéuticos, quienes agregaron que los medicamentos con Nimesulide como principio activo, no podrán ser administrados a mujeres
embarazadas o a personas con problemas hepáticos.
Entre tales productos se encuentran: NIMESULIDE (genérico) NISE, NORMODUAL, REDUBEN, AULIN, SCAFLAN, AINEX, NIPROLIDE, ALGINIM, NIMEPREX, DREXEL, NIMELID y NORMOSILEN.

Doctor Lapenta : Le escribo ya que supe que fue prohibido el uso de Nimesulide en Venezuela. Tengo 2 niños de 12 anos y 8 anos y ambos solo en 2 o 3 oportunidades la usaron y para bajar la fiebre les di este medicamento. No estoy preocupada ya que ambos tomaron una dosis mínimas, pero era un medicamento súper efectivo en altas fiebres. Ante su prohibición que recomendación me da. Hay posibilidad que ante bajas dosis tenga secuelas? Su pagina la encontré navegando por google. me pregunto como sus otros colegas no se hacían eco de sus denuncias. Y pasaron tantos años entre su prohibición en Portugal y ahora por fin en Venezuela.

The Meeting Reviewer of Pharmaceutical Products of the Ministry of Health and
I develop Social (MSDS), it ordered to move away of the market the products pharmacists with NIMESULIDE in their pediatric presentations, becuase the high risk of fulminat hepatitis and lesions of liver in the infantile population. In a same way new commercialization conditions settled down for the presentations of this product prescribed as analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory for the mature population. Among them: to sell
the product only with medical prescription, to limit the indications to dose drops in the event of fever and pains of low to moderate intensity (among 50 and 100 milligrams an or twice a day until completing a dose maxim of 200 daily milligrams) and, in treatments that don't exceed those5 continuous days.

They indicated this way it Ramon Ernesto Perdomo, director of Controllership Sanitary of the MSDS; Esperanza Briceño, directress of Drugs and Cosmetics; and Leopoldo Landaeta, member of the Meeting Reviewer of Pharmaceutical products who added that the medications with Nimesulide like active principle, they won't be able to be administered to women pregnant or to people with hepatic problems. I write him since I knew that the use of Nimesulide was prohibited in venezuela. I have 2 children of 12 and 8 years old, and alone one in 2 or 3 opportunities used it and to lower the fever I gave them this medication. I am not worried since both they took a low dose, but it was a medication super effective in high fevers. Before their prohibition that recommendation gives me. ???

Is there possibility that has sequels before low dose? I found your web site navigating for google. I wonder as their other colleagues were not made echo of your warnings.and they passed so many years among their prohibition in Portugal and now finally in Venezuela.
