The pigeon bazaar in Denizli is located next to the farmer's market in the historical Kalei�i market.
It is set up on Mondays and Thursdays between 07:00 and 13:00.
If you are comming from outside of Denizli, you can walk about 500 meters from
the train station or the interstate bus station easly in five minutes |

People who want to sell pigeons, buy pigeons or teh ones that lost a bird or two gets together here.
Right next to the pigeon bazaar other types of domesticated animals can be found for sale.
Sellers from outside of Denizli also participate in the bazaar. |

After the pigeons the most wanted animal is the Denizli Rooster. If you are looking for 26-27 second crowing Denizli roosters, look for Baber Ismail, egg-seller Kemal or Agali Ismail.

Unfortunately there is no pigeon club in Denizli. Besides the pigeon Bazaar the fanciers get together at the Kardes coffee house in Kaplanlar neighborhood. Owner Tevfik Kardes will give you his attention. Fanciers get together here after the sunset, showcase their birds in cages hanging on the walls and get into deep conversations.
