The former DeLorean factory is now owned by a company called Shorts which produces airplanes and missiles. Shorts is owned by Bombardier, a Canadian company.
Pros:
- Great Guigario styling
- Only 14" needed to open doors
- Lots of compliments
- Sportscar charicteristics
- Rear Wheel Drive handling
- No rust: stainless steel
- Resale value can only go up
- Comfortable leather interior
- Enough cars for it to be affordable
- Not enough cars for it to be ordinary
- Scratch in the stainless steel? Buff itt out!
- Fibreglass underbody: no rust
- Two seater
Cons:
- Only a small portion of the window can bbee opened
- In a world of 34 mpg cars, 22 mpg seems rrather low
The Verdict: Well built, (relatively) affordable, fun, comfortable, good-looking sportscar.
