My present research interests are related to Radiotherapy Physics. Previously I was involved in a variety of research projects related to Nuclear Medicine Physic; mainly PET radiopharmaceuticals and their internal dosimetry, development of endoscopic prob, SPECT quantifiactions, pinhole SPECT, etc. In future I intend to focus my researches on both Radiation Oncology and Nuclear Medicine Physics. |

For a nuclear medicine physicist and Linux user, pybld, python, gpetview and xmgrace are nice tools to handle the nuclear medicine image. Usually pybld and gpetview supports only the analyze image format, pybld can be used as a python module. Dr. Hiroshi Watabe, Dept. of investigative radiology, National Cardiovascular Center, Osaka, developed pybld and gpetview. |
