It was pretty much one of my fave shows back then. But they took it off the air and I kinda forgot about it. But in 1996, my cousin's cousin brought up some french graphic DBZ novels. I thought the animation was really cool. He told us alot of stuff on it and I read each book (Even though they were in french, but you can tell what going on by the pics). At first my fave character was Goku, but I didn't know about Trunks then. But then I saw a pic of this guy in the book, asked who it was and he said it was Trunks. And theobsession begins!
