The Natural History Museum was one of my favourite places as I re-lived some memories of JD Salinger's classic book The Catcher in The Rye, particularly the fantastic dioramas of world wildlife which house stuffed animals presented in a depiction of their natural habitat. If you don't get a City Pass, I think the admission here is voluntary, so, theoretically, you can get in here for free.

On the way from the Natural History Museum to the Guggenheim you have to cross Central Park. This is another one of our favourite places, once you dodge the roller-bladers. As you can see, I managed to sniff out some rocks.
