Last Will and Testament of William Hudnall, Sr. b. 1732 d. 1813

In the name of God Amen; The Thirty first day of January in the year of our Lord 1813, and the Commonwealth of Virginia the 37th. I, William Hudnall Sr., of the State of Virginia and county of Bedford, being sick and weak in body... In the first place I constitute and make and ordain my only and sole executors of this my last will and testament, John Hudnall and David Saunders, Sr. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Frances _____ and at her decease to be sold on credit of 12 months which is to be divided among Susannah Wright, John Hudnall, Mary Hylton, Joanna St. Clair, Thomas S. Hudnall, William Hudnall, Richard Hudnall and Nancy Hurt wife of William O. Hurt or their heirs...
I give and bequeath to my beloved son Richard Hudnall or his heirs exclusive of an equal division with the above name legatees. I also give and bequeath to Quintilla Thurmon, wife of Henry Thurmon 10 pounds current money or to her heirs my estate to equally divided among the above name legatees vis; Susannah Wright....    Signed sealed and delivered in presence of teste- George Nowell, Jr., Moses Fuqua and Jacob Dawson.
