Monterville Bolin Dies at Albany Wednesday June 19, 1941
Monterville Bolin, age 84, a life long resident of near Albany, died Wednesday morning at
his home following a long illness. Mr. Bolin had been a farmer during most of his active
life.
He is survived by his widow Sarah; three daughters, Mrs. Nora Dutton, White Salmon, of
Washington; Mrs. Bessie Mariner, 65 W. Carpenter Street Athens, and Mrs. Verna Haning, New
Albany, Ohio and two sons, Anderson Bolin, Akron, and Guy bolin, 20 Race St., Athens.
Funeral services will be held Friday Afternoon at two o'clock in the Downington Methodist
Church. Burial will be in the Wells Cemetery there.
